We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Romania and Sweden.

We do not ship to: Belarus, Bosnia, Croatia, Georgia, Iceland, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine...yet. Drop us a line for any further info at hey@revoqwatches.com

Once your payment is confirmed, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This excludes weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 12 pm CEST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 12 pm CEST on a Friday, your order will be shipped out on the following labour day. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original labels and protective stickers. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Send us an email with al the info and proof of purchase at hey@revoqwatches.com and we will be happy to help you.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
