Which type of movement is used?
We use a Miyota Quartz Movement. The battery of the watch is expected to last for 2-3 years-
What type of leather is used?
We use 100% genuine leather straps. All our leather straps are interchangeable.
Is my watch waterproof?
The water resistance of our first collection is 3ATM. This means that the watch is suitable for daily use and can withstand drops of splash and rain but should avoid direct contact with water (showering, swimming, diving ...)
Damage caused by water is not covered by the 12 month warranty.
REVOQ watches are covered by a limited warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects include the movement of the watch, indexes, dial and hands.
All our products offer 12 month warranty from the actual purchase of the watch on our website (revoqwatches.com). The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, battery, belt, loss or theft. REVOQ will not accept any guarantee claim or claim request if the watch shows signs of excessive use or misuse.
This guarantee will only be valid when it is sent with the proof of purchase together with the defective product during the period covered by the guarantee. REVOQ reserves the right not to offer the free guarantee service if the indicated documents are not presented or if the information they contain is incomplete or illegible. If returned within the warranty period, REVOQ agrees to repair or replace the defective watch or any of its parts at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover transport costs.
Return & Exchange policy
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 15 days of delivery.
To make any CHANGES or RETURNS you must send the product back to us. The term for any change or return is 15 days from the receipt of the order. The product must not have been used and must be in its original box with the cover and any label that will accompany it. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
If you receive a DEFECTIVE product or a WRONG order you will have 15 days to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the rest.
How can I track my order?
After purchasing one of our products we will send you an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.
When will my order ship?
If you have purchased Monday - Friday before 3pm CEST, your order will ship out that day. If you purchase after 3pm CEST your order will be shipped the next day. If you purchase during the weekend or during a holiday we will be shipping out your order the next business day.
